Our Q1 Dinner entrees will include:
Braised Short Rib (beef short ribs, adobo jus, persillade)
Pan Seared Salmon (roasted corn salsa, pumpkin sauce, corn tortilla strips)
Pasta Bolognese (vegetarian; campanelle, parmesan, spring vegetable ragu, herb salad)
Chicken Fried Chicken (boneless crispy thighs, topped w/andouille gravy)
