About the event

2026 Roundtable officers (elected Chairs, Treasurer, Secretary, General Counsel) and Regional VPs (W, M, E) are invited to join President Pat Sheehy, former chair Mike Harrell, and host and former chairman Tinker Kelly for a 24-hour overnight strategy retreat on Jan. 21-22, 2026 at Tinker's family property in Camden, to set strategic directions for the Roundtable for 2026.

Tentative schedule outline:

Wed, Jan. 21:

  • 12 noon CST: Arrival and lunch provided

  • Afternoon: Strategy session #1

  • Evening: Dinner provided plus team-building time
