Our policy efforts focus on a key question: What must our state do today to position Tennesseans and our businesses to be successful a decade or generation from now?

Each year, our policy priorities reflect the most important, emerging opportunities facing Tennessee’s business climate, workforce, and communities. In 2025, we are focused on four key areas:

Education

Preparing students for meaningful careers and lifelong success by strengthening early education, K-12 academic standards and performance, postsecondary pathways and credentials, and partnerships between schools and employers.
